Running PARIS on Mac OS9

PARIS runs solidly and smoothly on Mac OS9. Some considerations:

1) PARIS cannot run in "classic" mode (OS9 emulation) under OSX; the Mac must be able to *boot* into OS9
2) It's probably a good idea to update OS9 to the latest version before discontinuation (OS 9.2.2).

Gantt Kushner's solid PARIS configuration w/ a 1.25 gHz Dual Processor G4 w/ 2 gig RAM:

Disk I/O: 128
Disk cache: 64
Overview cache: 4096
Manual Punch: Medium

Memory assigned to Paris:

Suggested: 50988 (default)
Minimum: 50988 (default)
Preferred; 1026988

I'm running 3 EDS cards at the moment in a Magma 13 slot expansion chassis with 2 MECs w/ 2 8-in cards, 1 8-out and 2 ADAT cards in MEC A and 2 8-In/1 8-out in MEC B. In my system Card A is SubMix 1, Card C is SubMix 2 and Card B is SubMix 3, a configuration arrived at by trial and error!

Mac users, feel free to add info!
